I’ve had at least 10 people email me asking if a case specifically designed to hold a bluetooth keyboard + iPad existed, and I had nothing to offer them until now. i.Sound has come up with a design that the power users should drool over with the new Keyboard Portfolio Case. There’s a lot of cases out there already that insert a keyboard right into the case, but so far they’ve been met with luke warm, skewing negative, reviews. With this case you’ll of course need to supply your own Apple keyboard, but at least we know it’s quality.
The case is pure quality as well. The leather is upscale and the suede interior finishes off the look nicely. I’m not sure whether this is fact or B.S, but they claim a velcro closure was chosen over a magnetic snap to avoid wireless signal interference. Hmmm…I think they just got a good deal on Velcro. Regardless, the velcro is overlookable considering the smart engineering that went into this foldable wonder. When closed the keyboard pocket flops directly over the iPad and it completely seperate, so there’ll be no scratching on your pretty screen.
Not a lot of people are going to be in the market for this kind of thing, but I assure you those that are will be more than happy with the i.Sound Keyboard Portfolio. ($52.99, Amazon)
