OK! I’ve finally done it! Since I started the site I’ve gotten a ton of mail from women asking about iPad stuff that looks a little less industrial and a little more feminine. Well I’ve scoured my own archives and searched for new releases, and have come up with this little list of some of the cuter iPad accessories out there. Some are affordable, and some are pure luxury, but all of them are for you ladies! Oh, and a real girl, my wife, helped me put together the list, so I didn’t just wing it either. Here it goes!
1) Simplism’s Leather Shoulder Bag
We’ve featured the Simplism Leather Shoulder Bag on the site twice before and it’s made nearly all our Top whatever lists, because it’s just that good. It’s very slim, comes in four colors (red, black, brown, and white pictured above), and is a phenomenal bag at a low cost. In fact some colors are even cheaper now, the white is currently $29, normally $69. I love any bag that keeps bulk low and style high, this one rocks both. Oh, and you can remove the strap and turn it into a case to throw into a bigger bag, nice.
2) Glitter Jelly Case by Juicy Couture
This one is the newest of the new. Just announced today, the Juicy Couture Glitter Jelly case is a fun looking case with fantastic bump protection. The sparkly grippy rubber grabs your eyes while being tactile enough that you probably won’t drop it. Simple and cute, $48, direct from Juicy.
3) Reveal’s Eco-Bags
Reveal has quite an array of women’s bags on their site, we just previewed this one back in January. Check out the post here!
4) Happy Owl Clutch
Happy Owl has some really cool stuff, such as this Clutch style iPad case with lots perfectly sized pockets and attention to detail. I heard they’re running a 50% off sale right now using the coupon code “ThinkHappy” but quantities are limited. Check them out soon if you’re interested! 5) iLuv Leather Cover
The iLuv leather cover is a very cute and simple classy case that gives you way more quality than you’d expect from the low price tag. You’ll love the inner lining too, available here.
6) Marc Jacobs Logo Zip Case
I swung by the Marc Jacobs store near my apartment the other day to get a look at this one in person. While it’s not over-the-top stunning, my wife definitely thought it was cute and was well crafted. There was more colors available in store, and the $38 price tag was certainly managable. This one is available online at Nordstrom!
7) Gelaskins with matching iPad Wallpaper
Now this is really cool! Gelaskins offers a WIDE selection of very cool patterned iPad skins, which are a nice protective silicone covering the front and back. The coolest part is with purchase you get access to a matching iPad wallpaper to blend with the skin art. Really cool concept and looks great in action. Check out the various styles on Amazon, under $30.
Chanel iPad Case
OK rich girls, this one’s for you. With a price tag of $1555 this Chanel iPad bag is about as costly as THREE WiFi 16GB iPads. I understand the concept of luxury items and have bought some in the past, but this sails right past luxury and straight into absurd. If you got more cash than sense, there’s still presumably some left in stock over at the House of Chanel.
9) Hadaki iPad Tote
Hadaki has a ton of patterns besides the one shown, 17 to be exact! The iPad Tote has a nice cushioned pocket for your iPad and is roomy enough to hold lots of other stuff too. Very soft and fun, you’ll find a color combo and pattern you dig for sure! They’re $32 or less, since some patterns on currently on sale!
10) Cheap Ass Silicone Sleeve
You caught me, I just threw this one on here because it’s pink. It comes in a zillion colors and is just $3. For everyday bumps and nicks and overall grippability, every iPad owner needs one of these in addition to whatever bag you’re using. They all so the same thing, so if you can’t afford that Juicy one just yet, this works perfectly. An iPad must have.
