Dang, I should have done this post a couple days ago on May 4th for Star Wars day! (May the 4th Be With You…:-) I dropped the ball on that, but onward we go! All of you guys who were interested in a case that doubles as a keyboard are probably already familiar with Clamcase from their namesake product, the Clamcase. It released to mixed reviews but the people who really need a case like that tend to love it, and the same should hold true for their upcoming Limited Edition Trooper model.
There’s a few design changes since the original Clamcase, the main one being it’s fitted to hold both the iPad 1 and 2. Of course the main attraction here is the Stormtrooper armor inspired stylings. The white and black accented case looks like it could have popped right out of the Death Star offices, though we’ll have to run it through some tests to see if it can deflect blaster fire.
